We always want to be as clear as possible about what is and isn’t allowed. For our tickets, we unfortunately can’t process cancellations or changes. This means the ticket becomes final the moment you purchase it.
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, cancellation isn’t possible in this case because this ticket is subject to fixed conditions that make it final immediately after purchase. As a result, we’re unable to take back, modify, or reissue the ticket.
We do everything we can to communicate this clearly in advance, so you know exactly what to expect before completing your purchase. If a ticket cannot be cancelled, we always state this clearly on the ticket page and during the checkout process.
