WOW Art Club (3-6Y) - Wow Family Center

Workshops & Courses
Amsterdam
€22,-

Art Club for children ages 3 to 6 years.
Little Makers is a lively and inspiring studio where children can freely create, explore and bring their own ideas to life. The approach is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which places the creative process at the center — not the final product.

Little Makers doesn’t offer ready-made assignments, but possibilities: ideas, materials and techniques that encourage children to experiment on their own. Each child is invited to follow their own path — with guidance where needed, but always with room for individuality and imagination.

What do we do in the Art Club?
Each session includes five open-ended stations that invite free play and creativity:

  • Tinkering & STEAM – building, designing and experimenting with 3D construction
  • Modelling – shaping and playing with clay, playdough and other tactile materials
  • Painting & collage projects – stamping, painting, monoprints and more
  • Cooperative art – working together on large murals or group artworks
  • Sensory play & mini-worlds – sensory materials that bring small stories to life
  • Children are free to choose what they want to work on. This not only nurtures their creativity, but also builds confidence, curiosity and problem-solving skills.

Each week has a new theme: from light & shadow to nature, textures or imaginative worlds. The studio and materials are carefully tailored to the age and developmental stage of the children.
