Play with Art – After-school club (4–8 Y) - WOW Family Center

Play with Art is an after-school club at WOW Family Center where children aged 4 to 8 get creative after school. Painting, crafting, building and experimenting with materials — with plenty of room for their own ideas.

In a small group and with thoughtful guidance, children discover art and creativity through play. Simply a relaxed moment after school, where making and enjoying come first.

Play with Art is specially designed for children aged 4 to 8 who:

• enjoy being creative
• like having something fun to do after school
• love discovering, making and playing
• enjoy working in a friendly group
   
  Activities
  During the sessions, children work with a varied range of creative activities, tailored to their developmental stage. They are encouraged to explore, experiment and engage with materials in their own way.

Activities may include:

Drawing – working with lines, shapes, composition and visual storytelling
Painting – exploring colours, textures, materials and layering
Collage & mixed media – combining paper, fabric, textures and found materials
Printmaking – creating monoprints, making stamps and discovering patterns
3D projects – building with cardboard, recycled materials and wood
Modelling – working with clay, dough and plaster using different tools
