What you will experience
The Chocolate Factory is an interactive experience inside a real former factory. You do not just watch, you take part. During the adventure you move from floor to floor, completing missions and discovering how ingredients are transformed into chocolate products.
You operate machines, use digital devices and learn about food technology through play. It is a mix of learning, experimenting and tasting, with new challenges along the way.

A visit to The Chocolate Factory takes about 2 hours. While you are there, take some time to explore the Noordkade area as well. With a theatre, cinema and a wide range of restaurants and cafés, it is the perfect place to turn your visit into a full day out.

Yes. The location is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. A lift for wheelchair users provides access to both the attraction and the rooftop level, Verdieping 10. The attraction and Verdieping 10 can be accessed with a small wheelchair when accompanied by a companion.
Can I visit the shop with a wheelchair
Yes. The shop is accessible for wheelchair users. Visitors with an electric wheelchair can enter the shop through the entrance on the Jumbo side.
Are there disabled parking spaces available
Yes. Disabled parking spaces are available at both parking areas P1 and P2. These spaces are reserved for visitors with a valid disabled parking permit.
How do I go from Verdieping 10 to the lower floors
Visitors normally descend via the stairs. If using the stairs is not possible, please inform a staff member. They will guide you to the lift so you can safely and comfortably reach the lower floors.
